Panasonic NV-GS27E (MiniDV)
|
Panasonic's MiniDV
camcorder for the year 2006 is available with a great 30x Optical Zoom,
single Charge-coupled device, one-touch joystick and is designed
especially for the novices.
The
NV-GS27E (in Europe region) is the entry-level MiniDV presented by
Panasonic that is certainly designed for the home video maker. On that
point it will satisfy just the essential demands of the user. There
basic demands are to insert videotape, turn it on, point, shoot DV and
run it soon to show to the family member and friends. It is available
with an appeal in that, with NV-GS37E, it possesses an exciting 30:1
(30x) Optical Zoom Lens. |

First impressions
In a
style of other products in the Panasonic DVC (that are Digital Video
Camera, aka MiniDV) series it bears a nice nice-looking curved aluminum
physical structure that feels good in hand. But not much in the way of
switches and other controls, established the entry-level style, but what
there is where you can access comfortably. The main Power button and
Function Dial is placed at the backside, accompanied with a Zoom on/off
switch on the top back of the tape compartment.

Features
As
discussed before, the NV-GS27's characteristic variety is not comparable
to other models in that series, but it presents things like a adjustable
electronic shutter (1/50th - 1/8000th second range), manual control on
focus, white balance and iris in addition to 2 Lux minimum exposure
rating while taking shots in low-light conditions or no-light (Color
Night View mode). Shaky images can be repaired for by SIS image
stabilization. A Stereo Zoom Mic gives the capability for the sound to
efficiently imitate the process of the zoom lens during zooming in and
out. There is an also a Wind Noise Reduction function. It is doable to
put in visual and audio fades in and out within series as you record
(however you will probably do this on your computer later on!).
